This clinic excels in poor service, I give them 5 stars for poor service

They gave today's appointment (23 December 2024) for family planning. When I got there, the security told me that the clinic is closed. I was shocked because the time was 11:50. I asked what time did they close? The security replyed "11:00" Ii fail to understand why did they open at first place if they're going close at 11:00 on Monday.
