SECURITY GUARD RUDENESS COMPLAINT

I went to the Clinic at 14:00 today to ask for referral letter for my 6 year old that needs dental care, I know the Clinic does not deal with dental issues hence I called Red Cross and they told me to go to my local clinic because in order to be assisted by them I have to be referred.

Nozipho mhletywa was the security guard that rudely questioned my reason being there, after I kept on explaining that I'm just there to ask for a referral,she kept on telling me that they don't have a dentist there I must go to Gugulethu.

I told her that I know there is no dentist in the Clinic , I use that clinic for any emergencies I have , my daughter also attends that clinic. I don't want my daughter to miss school for something that can be done even if she is not present, which is being issued a referral letter.

I asked her to atleast let me in and I will explain to the receptionist they might be able to assist, she told me that I'll just wait there forever because she will not open for me .

I am writing this with a heartache because we go to our community clinics for assistance I hate the fact That ,That security lady was very rude and didn't even bother letting me inside to explain myself to the relevant people
