Franchise struggling to refund my deposit

I approached Nyama & Chips last year for a franchise. They told me that I need to deposit R95 000 for franchise fee. I deposited the fee amount as agreed and they told me if I want to withdraw I will get my deposit returned. I requested R12 000 from the R95 000 which he immediately deposited into my account without hesitation. I app**** for a Finance from the agent. They declined my application due to reasons. I sent an email Marinos to withdraw since I did not get finance. I requested my deposit back on the 04/04/2016 which is R83 000 the remaining balance. He sent me an email saying that he's working on the refund. Till do date I haven't received my deposit. He ignores my calls, email and he's playing hide and seek telling his staff that he is not around. Nyama & Chips brand was rude towards my mother and I and they treated like a trash and locked me outside their gates yet they owing me. What kind of company is this that is struggling to refund the potential entrepreneur of their money meanwhile they serving customers Nyama and chips. I will never buy food on that shop and I will spread the word that Nyama & Chips lies and it is possible that the used my funds without my consent
