No service at NY Slice Sea Point

I just walked out of the Sea Point Branch. Firstly it was empty when we came in (I thought: bonus) but myself and my partner were met by a woman at the front putting tomatoes on a pizza. We ordered, she never acknowledged our order and just carried on what she was doing. My partner asked her if he could order (even though he just did) and she spoke to the guy at the back who was doing nothing and neither of them said a word to us or indicated that our order would be taken. So we left. The whole experience was unreal and just plain rude. I will not be returning to this branch.
