Bad quality pizza and still had to tip!

We purchased a pizza from "Eden on the Bay Mall" situated right on the beachfront in Big Bay, Cape Town. Details of the transaction below:

The pizza was horrible and smaller than expected. They also charged me for a tip which I never asked to tip.

I would like to a refund please, and tip as well.
