Right for a refund

Bought a pair of shoes at ny junction, they were fitting when i tried them at the shop but when i got home and fitted them once more they were a bit tight. i went back to the shop to request a bigger size and they said they did not have any other shoe size. i then requested a refund but they refused and told me they don't give refunds but a voucher to buy something else in the shop, but i was not interested to buy anything else.<br> <br> As a consumer i am entitled to a refund and disgusted at ny juction's refusal to respect consumer laws.
