NY Carpentry

Not a client, but experienced the following: NY Carpentry's van blocked our exit of our residence. Gesturing to the men in the van to please move their van, one laughed and ignored me and another, showed me the middle finger, out of a tinted window, thus concealing his face. The crew did not realize they represent their company, as the van contained name and contact numbers of the company. It was a disappointing encounter and makes one wonder how this crew views their actual customers?
