Absolutely pathetic

This company is pathetic. Website and email services were paid for by my company Viper Brothers. And we experience endless problems, and get absolutely no feedback. We have been chasing this person for the last two weeks to change our hosting to somebody else and we just get ignored. I would recommend this to absolutely no one.
