Worst Finance Department

On 29/04/2024 i paid R3000 toward the CFL course. I also sent through the POP to the course administrator to ensure that the funds may be allocated accordingly. A month later i received a call from NWU and they indicated that there were funds i paid which were note allocated to the account, and they asked for my student number. On 10/09/2024, i received a statement, and then i could see that the funds had not been allocated to my school account, right away i made the course administrator aware, and she escalated it to the finance person. Fast forward, another statement was sent 30/10/2024, still showing that the R3000 had note been allocated to my school account and the course administrator escalated the matter to 2 people in finance. To date, i have not received a call or an email to inform me that the funds have been allocated. I am disappointed in the matter which this matter is being handled, or rather the lack of handling.
