What a horrible experience with the Long Distance education department

What a horrible experience with the Long Distance education department I have been sent from pillar to post since January where my sister was told not to never contact the call centre again because the call volumes are high and the matter is being attended to this after all fees for 2nd year 2019 selected subjects were paid up and the registration fee was paid in January 2019 but no books or study material. It is now 6 months later and we have not received any study material nor timetable. What must we do now since we are left in the dark and a year of education is going down the drain! To my surprise they have sent a new invoice for new fees on other subjects but 1st semester is still not delivered upon!

We have wasted 6 months of education! With no explanation!
