Urgent

Good day, I'm not here to turnish the universities image rather to get help. I'm here on behalf of my younger sister who was doing her final year in 2023. We tragically lost out father in March which interfered with her studies as she had assignments due the coming week. We emailed the lecture of one of her modules and sent proof of a dearth certificate. Lecture promised to make arrangements for a second opportunity to submit her outstanding assignments which never happened. Till the day of exams to which she couldn't write because of a low Cass mark. I proof of emails with this particular lecture. My sister successfully completed all her modules except this particular one unabling her to graduate. It's within everybodies right in this country including the staff of the university to be excused from work due to death of an immediate family member. We tried reaching the university as we kept being referred to one person after the other without getting an assistance and this continued till campus closes for the year. I fail to understand why my sister was denied the opportunity to submit and has to repeat an entire year due to losing her father. I hope to get a reply soon as possible, thank you.
