Unpaid accommodation

Earlier on in the year I had wrote a review on Nwu about not receiving my food allowance and my allowances were paid out after getting assistance. It is not second semester and I am receiving calls from my landlord saying she has not received payment from the institution and when I went to enquire I am not receiving any help and with regards to my book allowance I have only recieved half of it and not the full payment. I am in desperate need of assistance as my landlotd is now getting frustrated with this whole ordeal.
