University incompetence

I am furious at the incompetence of NWU VAAL. I graduated with an honours in English Literature and Linguistics in 2018, my graduation ceremony was the 16th of April 2019, my name was on the programme. They did not invite me because according to them they had my details filled in incorrectly on the system (you better believe the accounts department had my details to the T when they were harassing me for money), I sent them four emails before the 16th of April urgently requesting information about the ceremony. Keep in mind, I only found out after the ceremony on the 16th that I was supposed to be there. They had no excuse to not invite me, I passed all of my modules and got distinctions, my fees were paid and I had sent four emails which they ignored, none of my details had changed since I was invited to my BA graduation. On the 6th of May they finally get back to me and suggest that they would fit me into one of the upcoming graduation ceremonies, which up until now they have not done, its two weeks later!? I deserve the recognition for my hard work, every single graduate gets this recognition, after paying so much money, after working for the university, after sacrificing so much of my life, after putting up with lecturers that constantly canceled classes and forgot to show up to classes, they treat me like this? NWU VAAL is completely inadequate, careless and *********. #NWU**** #NWUVAAL #GRADUATION #UJ #NWUPOTCH #NWUMAFIKENG #WITS #PUKKE #TUKS #CANCELED
