Unfair

I am unhappy with the unfair services of this institution. They are unwilling to compromise when unexpected life events keeps a person from carrying on with a semester. Some students study for free while others have to pay for services and facilities that aren't even used. They expect of a person to pay for a semster even though the facilities aren't even being used and no one is willing to compromise the costs. Thus a person is expected to pay for a semester which they cannot attend due to certain reasons and is expected to pay for the same semester again the next year if they wish to carry on in a later time.... Thus you get one for the price of two?
