Unacceptable service
The North West University would make you pay a R 300 penalty for not attending graduation and the R300 to post the degree. They would take three days before responding to an e-mail and fail to provide an explanation to why attending graduation is free, but failing to attend would cost you a penalty of R300 so they can cover the graduation cost to which you did not attend. They would penalize the students who could not attend graduation with a absentee penalty fee. This must be the best way to cover the graduation cost for North West university in Potch
