Unable to get important documents from NWU

It is with great sadness that I write this review, after trying everything.

I was a student assistant at NWU Vaal campus in my student years 2***

I have been trying to claim my UIF from 2022 and documents are required from NWU for me to complete this. 2 years now, no one wants to be of assistance. I am transferred from one email address to another, one phone call to another going back to emails with no assistance.

I have before laid a complaint to the school and I still went from one email address to another with no one providing assistance
