Script Lost for AADS511

I am deeply disappointed with North-West University (NWU) for mishandling my AADS511 examination script from the first opportunity.

I submitted my answers via the Invigilator App as instructed and also handed in the original physical script at the exam centre, where I signed the attendance register. Despite following all procedures, my marks have not been released, while all other students have received theirs.

I have reached out for help, but I keep being sent from pillar to post with no clear answers or accountability. Now I am being expected to prepare for and write the second opportunity, which is unfair, given that I did everything required during the first opportunity.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress and academic disadvantage. I request NWU to urgently trace my script, process it accordingly, and release my rightful result without forcing me to rewrite an exam I already completed.

This level of administrative negligence is unacceptable for an institution of higher learning.
