Registration issue

I was studying with tge university i was supporse to finish 2021 due to covid it wasnt possible 2022 i lost my mother last year i registered late due to financial issues i missed 2 test and quieze i was not abble to continue but i pass assignment and exam but still did not qaulify and i try to talk to tge lecture she said i will have to repeate the module i filled in the form for extended study but now im so disapointed the potal is not allowing me to register my module and even if i payed and im a grade r teacher now i wont be obsorbed due to what im going throw its so painful im student no ***5 Nkosi NA any help from you guys will be apprecaited thank you my number its ***
