Registration issue

I started a studying with NWU distance learning in 2018, and it has not been an easy journey. From securing registration, getting study material delivered in time, obtaining correct report of module results has always been a struggle. This year was supposed to be my final year with only 5 modules carried from last year, during registration time I was informed that I had to pay a certain amount in order to complete registration and I rep**** by reminding the institution that I am a bursary holder and I would need to obtain the confirmation letter from the bursary office which I did and at that time I was told they were not yer available and they would send it to the institution as soon as it is available. A few days after that I got emails and notifications on the online platform that is used by the institution and to me that was an indication that my registration was successful so I continued with my 1st semester modules but to my shock when my marks were supposed to be uploaded the Administration told my lecturer that I was not registered. I've been from pillar to post about this issue, Admin, SRC and I even wrote to the Executive Dean of the Education faculty about 5 days ago and he had not responded until today.
