Registration and service a joke

Registration started 16 July 2017 to date still not registred. Call centre the lines always busy. I have spent a lot of money on airtime. I received sms to pay yet i am not registered. one call centre says one thing another says another . ultimately i want to k now WILL GET EXTRA TIME FOR EXAMS AFTER ALL THIS. PLEASE GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER.
