Re registration problem

Im student my student no its ***5 contacts *** last year i registered for 6 modules now im left with 2 modules im strugglin to register im using a phone there is loadshading in my area i tryed calling no one its assisting me they all tell me i must do it on line their. System does not allow me and its my last year with them i got a bussary for BEd but with the delay i will loose iy plz help me
