Potch MBA not recommended!

I am 3rd year MBA student at the NWU Potch Campus. I am busy with my dissertation and a study leader was allocated Mr Theo Venter. As the due dates passed for title registration and submission of Chapter 1 I did not receve any guidance my Chapter 2 must be submitted 22 May and still no guidance received. The problem was reported through all the rankings up to the director. I received an mail from the University today that they don't know what to do with my study leader and that I should take next steps. I am paying R 43 000 a year for absolutely no service. All the evidence is with me should it be required
