Poor ********* ,Non Accountable behavior

I never experienced such a poor attitudes in my life , Let me 1st thank Potchesroom campus for always willing to assist and give me directions in relating to Mafikeng campus issues . So my sister she is 3rd year student in mafikeng campus so she has being staying in Res for past two years ,however this year she didn't qualify for Res as per sms i have received. I then opted to appeal as per my sister's medical conditions. In a process to appeal i phoned i phoned Res Manager Freedom Gwele and left many message .Until i then phoned and asked for his email adress i was told that they cannot give me his email as he doesn't allow that and he will be very upset .Mind this in relating to his work , nothing personal . I then opted to email appeal documentation to Karabo Machiwisa to give those document's to Freedom Gwele .I thought to myself i need assurance that Freedom got the documents . I then contact Potchesroom to explain my frustration they didn't hestitate and gave me Freedom's email . I then emailed those documents to Freedom. The reason i gave the document's to karabo he is dealing with such issues with Freedom .Following week i asked my sister to go to Freedom office to follow up Freedom kept on shutting my sister yet my sister she is having medical condition . Karabo at 1st he told me that he has submitted my sister's document and later to find out that he didn't submit them . I got so frusted as Freedom was not taking my call or responding to my email either. I then contacted Potchesroom campus again explaining my frustrations , then then direct me to contact Jimmy so that he can speak to Freedom guy. Jimmy was trying to assist he went to see Freedom and tryed to put my sister on the waiting list .I then requested that i need assurance proof via email that affirm that my sister she is on the waiting list .Guess what i got an arrogant email from Freedom confirming that my sister she is on the waiting List and she is number 170 he will only serve her after serving other student. I then asked him that why did he ignored my email for full 20 days after receipt, i also asked him that is not 1st time he is being informed about this issue as my sister she is currently seeing campus Psychologist ,additionally i sent him email and phoned ,left messages why is only now he is putting my sister on waiting list and how long does it take for him to respond to emails. He couldn't answer and if he took this matter serious and performed her duties my sister could be placed for res by now .He acted very unfairly ,very dishonest individuals who thinks work emails are his personal email while he supposed serve. He blocked me and the only time he could respond is after Jimmy enterved .Worse he is not sorry about his behavior and he want to blame other people . Is his fault that he didn't process the appeal and give feedback on time .I phoned him wanted to check if he got my email which clarity questionnaire on how long does it take for him to respond to email he said he waiting for Psychologist to respond to that , that behavior is very wrong of shifting blame from this guy .He must be pushed and take responsibility for his actions .He is not accessible as if he is working for himself not public university. His attitude is pathetic and unacceptable . Yet my sister's she is not well and has to deal with this guy rejection additionally . The guy i send him follow up email today he failed again to respond as if he do anything as he pleased, I request this guy to respond to my email .And want to thank Potchesroom for such kind professional behavior
