Please deregister me so that I can reapply and join the university next year

I am so worried about how Mafikeng campus operate, I registered early in February and also app**** for the Honors bursary, and likely the bursary payed for my registration fees but I then couldn't get the bursary that I app**** for to cover for the rest of my fees and accommodation, I then decided to deregister so that I can look for a job and raise funds to be able to finance my fees. I tried calling different departments and they kept on giving me different emails in order for me to get an assistance but sadly no one helped me they sent me deregistration forms and I signed and sent them back as requested. I have have sent more than 15 deregistration forms but I was never deregistered. I then decided to go straight to Northwest in Mafikeng to deliver the form directly at the registration office and that lady I don't remember her name she told me that she will give the form to the finance department but even then they never deregistered me. And I am so sad because I have driven all the way from Johannesburg but still I am still a registered student. I would love for them to please deregister me since I would love to apply again so that I can do my honors next year. I have 15 deregistration forms that I sent to them
