Outstanding allowance from Nwu and Nsfas

I am a 4th year student at the North West University, Mafikeng campus funded my Nsfas since 2019. I have not recieved my meal allowance nor book allowance, the last allowance I received was my meal allowance on the 23rd of February 2021. I have made countless visits to the financial offices on campus but instead I get sent from pillar to post without recieving any help. The semester is almost over and I've had to struggle with my school work as I didn't have money to buy textbooks. My housemate helps out where she can in terms of food. I don't have food nor toiletries and I'm tired of going to the financial office and not receiving any help.
