NWU's persistent maladministration

I have been receiving an appalling service from the NWU. Since the inception of the 2025 academic year, I have been requesting for my academic record from the Sebokeng College archives which are now under the NWU's control, upon instruction from The Department of Education. I have done all the necessary payments and references needed to receive my academic record from 1***, however, I have been given the run around by the NWU's administrators. This has therefore made me miss out on Women Empowerment Initiatives funded by SETA in institutions such as WITS. I was really looking forward to enrolling for the Women in Leadership Programme for the 2025 academic year. However, due to the incompetency of NWU's administration, I have missed out on a lifetime opportunity. I would not recommend NWU to anyone.
