NWU VIVIERS VERICRED

Let me share this here with you I registered for Univ Prep 2018/19, I was paying for myself my school account was then handed over to the company called Vericred which I was paying so year 2022 I was registered for the Bed foundation phase using a bursary that paid everything. Came 2023 the bursary has paid for me again but I cannot get my proof of registration cause there is a blockage in my account. I've been sending emails calling on what caused the blockage. On Tuesday I received an email stating I owe Vericred R1700, Immediately got a call from Vericred asking me when my gonna make a payment. 2 seconds later I received an email from P.C Viviers Inc. saying I owe them 16.000 which I don't know about and I can't acknowledge the debt. When I called the university to explain to me how come I didn't know about the debt they told me the actual debt was 6,500 they told me it was the interest they emails the letters and the court orders that they were sent to me. Unfortunately, I have never received anything from this company. I have emailed the dean about the matter but they never responded. Yolande Venter then sent an email saying I have to pay the attorneys. I tried telling the lady from Viviers that she must explain how they got from 6500 to 16500 by the name of Leony but she was rude and hung up the phone on me. It pains me that I have fought to get this bursary and now I will just have lost it. It amazes me how come did I study last year and then suddenly this year there's a block. I AM WILLING TO PAY WHAT IS DUE TO THE UNIVERSITY which is R1.800+R6.700 not what I don't know. It is not like I'm running away I just wanted an arrangement with them and let them unblock me and study, the bursary has already paid my fees for this year. We are never going to find peace as black kids. You have been taking me from pillar to post and that is why most of the kids become so suicidal because of such incidents I'm so hurt by this. I just feel the university is failing us no one wanted to listen to my side of the story.
