NWU sucks

I registered and paid R9000 and then due to circumstances my mom lost her job and I asked for a refund instead I was ignored and been harrassed by the call center to pay for the studies. When I explained my situation I was told to send an email.

I also lost my job and not long after that I got a new job which they managed to get the contact number of.

When I asked for the email address I need to email to for resolving this matter the call center staff member told me to Google it

I did not attend one class, Go check all registers but I am the one that's being taken to court. Please return my money or come up with a solution on how you can solve this.

Seriously don't have time for this kind of abuse I am already the only one working in my household harrassing me at work might result in me getting into trouble at work
