NWU student representative misinformed me!

I app**** at North-West University last year for a diploma course. The receptionist referred me to a gentlemen named Leon Turner. He advised me that if we study teaching correspondence at NWU we do not qualify for NSFAS. I then app**** for two Fundi loans last year which is still not enough to cover for this year's fees. I now have a balance of R 7000 owing in order for me to register for this year. Two Fundi loans later, I find out that NSFAS does actually cover Teaching at NWU as per one of the students at the same institution studying the same course. She is a recipient of NSFAS. Please can i get assistance with this, if I wasn't misinformed by Leon I would not be sitting in this predicament. I've literally gone into debt trying to pay my student fees and still trying to get more debt to register for the year.
