NWU - Registration Issues - Pathetic Service

I am a final year Post Graduate student trying to register and complete one module but getting hold of this institution for assistance is next to impossible. My registration was put on hold - I made the necessary payments and logged the necessary student helpdesk tickets - with no feedback - tickets still haven't been attended too according to their system and since 28/02/2024 I eventually got hold of a finane rep who was able to lift the hold off my registration - wait 10 minutes and log back in which I did. Now I cant see any modules and once again I am being told log a ticket!!!!! I have been trying each day to get a hold of someone who can assist me in registering instead getting pushed from pillar to post without ANY resolution to my issue. I have phoned the call centre numerous times either no answer or call this number excuse. The client (student experience) has been **********. Apparently, classes have already started, registration extension is until tomorrow. Its very frustrating.
