NWU Refusing to payout / refund the credit balance on my account.

Been requesting since the beginning of the year for the refund of credit balance on my account from my studies with NWU last year. I either get ignored or shunted around without actual assistance. The sites I am told to visit in order to apply for the credit owing to me, DONT WORK! I receive absolutely no assistance whatsoever, and everyone just keeps passing the buck. I have sent screen shots and video recordings of the sites that do not work, and still just get ignored. They are VERY quick to demand money for your studies, but when they owe you money, their hands are ties behind their backs. Its absolutely disgusting. The service they provide when you register to study with them is fast, but everything thereafter, once you have registered and paid the money for your studies is NON EXISTENT!
