NWU no response

Good day,last year my wife registered for grade R 3 year distance course on which we paid R18000 for the first year tuition.On January they sent my wife a sms stating that the course is fully booked.we then went to our bank and tried to reverse the eft on which NWU denied the request.We sent numerous emails on this matter and got only automated responses.I spent almost R180 on airtime to reach them by phone.they do not answer
