NWU is another pandamic

I have the worst experience with northwest university.. i registered for ACT distance learning 2020

1 My study materials were late 2. My bursary delayed in paying and i paid from my own pocket . when it finally paid i called for a refund and was told i am ***** i **** about the fees. i asked how am i ***** if they are the one who printed the quotation and how am i a ***** if i paid from my pocket when i saw the bursary was not paying .they treated me like a ******** . the tone they use are never pleasant 3. I called asking for tutorial classes since it was my first time doing drawing and was told straight up that i should make other means like go on youtube or something. what kind of university does that? i let go and did exactly that ( found ways to pass) of which i did. i passed all of my modules except one and was sent results by SMSes and they were all pass marks. January when i was registering for the only module that i failed, i was told i have to redo 5 modules that i failed. i told them i only failed one module the rude lady told me to either register or not its up to me. i called to speak with another person and another lady told me to send evidence of the marks. i did email all the evidence i had and she told me she is working on it. i kept pestering because now closing date for registration was close by but she pulled amnesia on me. her exact words were " i don't know what you are talking about , re send again" i did exactly that and also requested my marked assignments still never got a respond till today. because i was desperate to get qualification, i registered all those modules and got study guides. when i called about assignments because i couldn't get them, i was told that i registered modules that i passed, instead of 5 i am only supposed to do 3. fine i got the assignments and worked so hard on them , passed them and like before, they sent me sms with my results and i passed. now when i check my academic record , they are telling me that i did not participate, i called the university and they are telling me i did not submit. i contacted the lecture with the results and the assignments that she marked but she does not respond.

This i one messed up university and for the crazy amount we pay for this horrific service. i write this with a broken heart. If they dont know what they are doing they shouldn't toy around with people. We go through a lot just to register. we are loosing bursaries because of their incompetency.
