NWU getting worse by the day, and minute!

Just want to bring to light that things have worsen so badly at this institution. I've been at the NWU-Pukke since 2016 and graduated in 2019. We received all communications that December still, for the next year about our graduations. Ever since, I furthered my studies at the NWU, just to be disappointed year by year. Our graduation dates were never communicated for this year’s postgraduate diploma's - I had to phone NWU and ask them. Their response: “We would’ve mailed you 2 weeks prior to the date”. Do these people know that you should take leave, travel (as some are international students?). Once you RSVP'd, and you rock up at the Audit, they tell you sorry sir there is no more space for you, come back later we cannot help you. Really nice taking leave, spending money for this just to end up not having a graduation. (Luckily, I didn’t attend, an old colleague of mine attended it.) I mailed NWU Grad to hear what we should pay (Absentia fee) to receive our degrees and where they are situated to collect it. No response whatsoever, again. Finally, I had to phone again this morning, speaking with the not much worth Mr. Tebogo at the NWU Grad. Very rude guy, not being helpful in any sense. I asked him if he can please send me an email with the bank account details, and what the amount payable is, the best reply EVER: “Eish”. I completely lost myself, after almost screaming at him, he rep**** and said I’m going to read it for you (the account details). It is just TOO much of an effort to send only 1 email with the details. If I paid to the incorrect account who was held responsible? He said we should pay R400, turns out the mail which he eventually sent me, after being very rude, the amount is R300. North-West University this is PATHETIC! Things are going bad year after year, this was one of the top institutions in the world, but now it seems like its just another place! PATHETIC!
