NWU failed me

I registered for long distance in post graduate diploma in special needs havent received my study materials nor tutorials so that i may be able to study and write exams when i enquired i was told that exams are ongoing so i want to cancel and request my money back when i call they say everything is done online yet theres no option given of cancelling even when requesting credit is not clear so please nwu can you just credit me back my money because theres no use of me studying with you i need to register in another institution the amount is R12345.00
