NWU Distant learning Support - ABSENT

my wife is currenty busy with her Grade R Diploma through distant learning. She tried to register for 2023 but experienced difficulties to do so via the online portal. I emailed them numereous times for assistance and even email the required registration documents and proof of payment. The finance office acknowledged receipt of the part payment and were keen for payment arrangement provided a registrer. They even forward the email correspondence to the registration department highlighting our plea for assistance to register. To date no one has contacted me and i have not been able to register. I then requested to be refunded, then again only the fees offers responded by forwarding the email to the distant learning and registration department. NO FEEDBACK !!!!!
