NWU Distant Learning SUCKS!

I am absolutely GOBSMACKED by the service in this department.. My first year registration went so smoothly. As soon as I wanted to register for second year, it was a huge disaster and I haven't been able to register since. I sent through my registration in November last year. I received an automated response to say they are dealing with high email and registration volumes and will get back to me as soon as possible. I frequently corresponded with them with no success. The first email I received from them was the following year in March. By then it was to late to register myself for the current years study. So I've waisted a whole year of studying because there team is ***********. I kept emailing the NWU Distance learning team to ask when registration for 2020 will open and I was assured that it would be October 2019. When I sent an email the beginning of October they responded by saying "I had a meeting this morning with the Faculty Coordinator for B.Ed and it is confirmed that if you had a break in your studies, like in your case, you should have app**** again for 2020 intake as the requirements for next year and those of the previous years differ." Now I am not able to study YET AGAIN and have to waste ANOTHER year not studying. I have sent countless of emails and hardly EVER receive a response .. They are an EDUCATION faculty and should try help people.. Not shove them away and ignore them!!!! I am very frustrated!
