NWU DISAPPOINTMENT

I was applying for an undergraduate programme. I got rejected because of academic reasons. When I queried, I was told I my APS is 22 and I need 26. I responded to the email stating my APS is 24 and according to the information on NWU page, the minimum is 24. I got this response: "Please see the attached screenshot to see that you do not meet the requirements your aps is 24 and we only take from 26 and not 24".

I then sent the screenshot which I took from NWU webpage which states 24 and not 26. Response to me was: "APS 24 was for 2022 and previous years".

All this happened in June, now it is October and I went back to their site and it still show APS is 24.

So I wonder why I was treated in this manner. Misleading information. Surprisingly, I thought NWU would be better than others but guess it is worse!
