NWU application status

I really don't know where to begin cause this is really frustrating, my niece app**** to study Bachelor of Nursing at NWU, her application status says unsuccessful and reason academic records, that doesn't really explain anything, the AP points requirement for Nursing it's 25 and my niece's AP is 26, we have been calling the University since the 23rd February to enquire and request clarity with no success it's really frustrating cause students are not allowed on campus they call no luck the phone rings with no answer, we called all the numbers provided on the website nothing, all the contact numbers we called are as follow: ***Potch University *** Potch University *** Pukke Potch *** NWU Aansoeke Sent messages to WhatsApp number still no help. What is surprising me is how they got to the decision that her application is unsuccessful, how did they come about deciding that as she hasn't even submitted her matric results to the institution cause since her status was like that after she submitted her Grade 11 results. We are really confused and we need clarity urgently. We are not allowed on campus, can at least someone answer calls and respond our emails. We uploaded her statement of results online, even sent email, even tried to modify her application but nothing can someone please assist us.
