Not a responsive university

I app**** online to do a pgce at NWU in October 2019 before the admission closing date it is January 2020 and I have not received any feedback on my admission status it just shows "admission waiting for approval" on the system I have tried to contact them via phone and email with no success they either ignore you or when you get through to someone at the call centre they can't give you any information and direct you to someone else who is unable to assist you.
