Northwest University Distance Learning, Diploma in Grade R

I have been trying to get my exam results at Northwest University for May 2021. I have called and emailed them but all they say is that marks have been uploaded but they are not released to me and also my academic record is not updated. What kind of a University does this? Northwest university distance learning fails its students.
