NORTHWEST UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA IN GRADE R TEACHING

I have a very serious problem with Northwest university distance learning, Diploma in grade R teaching. I have been trying to register with no success. It is very sad and disappointing that one would be denied an opportunity to study in this manner. I paid the required amount and still there is no one to help. I have been referred to numerous people who just don't care for the past months.The system of emails clearly isn't effective. One would sent an email and would either get late response or no response at all. NWU Diploma in Grade R needs to realise that they are dealing with people, I took all my savings to register and be told I am too late, while I have been delayed by them with improper communication. I am very sad and disappointed in them.
