North West University - Poor Service

I am currently studying long distance through North West University, Grade R. I have still not received my study material and my assignments are to be submitted on 6 April. I paid half my year tuition fees in December 2018. After numerous phone calls and emails to inquire as to when I will receive my study material, all I get told is it's on its way with DHL. As per DHL, there is no movement on waybill (tracking number provided by NWU) and waybill is in another students name. After numerous emails addressed to various staff members at NWU to follow up and provide feedback, no replies regarding my query have been received. I have been forwarding emails since January this year and to date, I have still not received my study material or any valid answers. Unprofessional service from NWU!
