Mistreatment of students by staff members

On Thursday, the 24th of November, the residence officer of Kumba, Emily Radebe, came to my unit at the Kumba Residence to ask when I will be leaving as they need to clean and paint (please note that I still had a submission upcoming). I informed her that I will leave when I'm done with my academic responsibilities. Friday, the 25th of November, she returned to my unit again asking once more when I will be leaving. She continued this harassment until Monday, 28th of November. I app**** for 2nd opp but my application was rejected due to incorrect documentation (I admit, this is my fault). The reason incorrect documentation (an email stating that students will be allowed to write 2nd opp if they failed or would like to better their marks) was sent is because we were told to evacuate residences on the 29th of November, but I had not received my marks. The person who informed me of my rejected application was Sasha Nelson. I then informed her of my issue, stating that I am unable to leave as I know I'm due for a 2nd opp but I had not received my marks as of yet. Sasha Nelson said that accommodation won't be available to students who want to wait for their marks or better their marks eithers. I then asked for alternative solutions, in which she sent an email stating that staying at residence for "non-academic reasons" will result in one having to pay R106 per day to stay at residence. I then informed her that I will be staying for academic reasons (2nd opp) but I do not have the necessary documentation as marks have not been released. Sasha Nelson responded stating that this is impossible and that Emily Radebe should "make sure" I evacuate. Emily Radede responded with "understood". I responded back to this hostile email by stating that forced intervention is unnecessary and I will evacuate. I find the treatment of both Sasha Nelson and Emily Radebe unfair as students who did not even apply for 2nd opp were not told to evacuate and are currently still at the residence.
