Mistreatment and disregard and favoritism

I studied Bedhons at the institution and I have been writing emails for my last module (Navr 611) since 2019 and I have been sent from pillar to post no one wanted to be accountable yet my colleague was treated differently yet we started this communication process together and now she has been awarded her degree. It is now that they told me it has been phased out. I have paid my own bills and put more effort into improving my career and life for it to be thrown down the drain like this. The system for responding to the calls is not assisted at all.
