IT services below standard

<p>I am studying at the NWU Potchefstroom campus and the IT services are not the money worth. It is a struggle to get a stable wi-fi connection on campus and the band width is not enough to accomodate all the students.</p> <p>The computers in the PC labs on campus cannot support software I need to use throughout my course, eg. Solid Works, and it is time consuming to use these facilities because it takes an average of 20 minutes for a computer to boot. The internet connection is also slow and it is frustrating to get information because there isn't an assurance that the internet connection will be stable when needed.</p>
