Hold Preventing me registration for 2025

I am a first-year student at North-West University, and I am facing an ongoing issue with a hold on my student portal that is preventing me from registering for the 2025 academic year. I am funding my studies through a student loan and have already submitted the confirmation letter. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

I have made several attempts to contact the relevant university departments, but my calls go unanswered, and I have not received any clear explanation or assistance regarding the hold. This delay is causing unnecessary stress and frustration, as I am unable to proceed with my academic registration.
