Google Forms lost assignment leading to a student failling Teaching Practicals Module

I was doing third year with Nwuodl. In May I submiteef my TPED376 assignment, In July when People's results where released mine where recorded as Not Submitted. I then sent an email to Dr Botha who is responsible for Teaching Practical Module. Asking her to please recheck why my assignment was not marked. I sent the screenshot of the assignment on google drive but I got no assitance. The results came back I failed. Now my question is who can help to check if my assignment was not submitted on google forms. Because I submitted it, does the university have any IT technicians to assist in cases like this?
