Frustrated and heartbroken

I app**** in 2019 for the 2020 Academic year and I was unconditionally accepted for BEd: Intermediate Phase. In January 2020 I paid for my registration and sent through my registration form. I tried calling the university in vain. I then resorted to using the DM in their official Facebook Page in which I was told to re-apply for the 2021 academic year. I tried doing that and the system wont allow me because I have already been accepted. I was let go off my job because I could not produce proof of registration for 2020. With the Lockdown and everything I feel like the University of North West has destroyed me. Student no. ***5
