DISGUSTED!

The distance unit at NWU University is grossly ***********! I have no idea what's going on, they hardly reply to any emails and there is no one I can contact telephonically, only an answering machine with options and pre recorded answers. I want to speak to a person! I have sent in my registration forms last year already and have paid the R10 000 deposit in Dec already yet I have not been registered. I don't know if I'm using books or if everything is online. I don't know if books will be sent to me or must I buy them. I don't know what books we will be using. I have sent countless emails with these questions and more and none have been answered. PATHETIC!
